Who we are

This site is operated by Passion Auto Sport, an auto repair shop located at 4489, boulevard Lévesque Est, Laval (QC), Canada. For any question about your personal information, write to info@passionautosport.ca or call 450 669-2121. The business owner acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

Information we collect

Appointment form: name, phone, email, address, vehicle information (make, model, year) and the problem description you write. This information is used only to call you back, prepare your appointment and perform the requested service.

Technical logs: like any host, our server records minimal data (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. It is deleted automatically on the host's schedule.

What we do not do

We never sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share it with third parties when necessary to perform the service (ordering a part, for example) or when the law requires it.

Retention

Requests received through the form are delivered to our email inbox and kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on your vehicle's maintenance. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working: remembering your language choice and your cookie preferences, and protecting the form against robots. They are not used to track you.

Analytics cookies, off by default, are only set if you accept them in the banner. They help us know which pages are visited. No marketing cookies are set for now.

You can change your choices at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Your rights (Law 25)

Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@passionautosport.ca: we answer within thirty days.

Hosting and security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions travel through the site's server and then by email to the shop; no banking information is requested or collected on this site.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date. If we materially change how we handle your information, we will say so clearly on the site.
